If you have an order to collect in Abbotstown on Sunday December 7th please note the following:

▪️ Hoodie orders can be collected on Sunday up to 3pm at the merchandise stand at the course in Abbotstown.

▪️ To collect your order you will need your 5 digit order number. We will not be able to identify orders by name or by email at the the collection point and there will be a delay getting your order if you don't have your order number.

Your order number is the 5 digit number preceded by # on the email sent to you when your order was placed. These emails are sent automatically when checkout is complete. If you can't see the email with your order number in your inbox, check your junk/spam folder. If you still can't locate it, do a search for KB Leisurewear using your email search field.

▪️ Please have your order number ready and to hand when you come to the order collection point.

▪️ Please check your order (size, colour, and the names on the hoodie back print) on collection and before you leave the course on Sunday. Mistakes cannot be rectified at a later date.

▪️ If someone else is collecting your order on your behalf, please make sure they have your order details to check your order (size, colour, and the names on the hoodie back print) on collection and before leaving the course on Sunday. Mistakes cannot be rectified at a later date.

▪️ Any exchanges are subject to availability on the day. Please check that you are happy with the size and fit of your hoodie before leaving the collection point.

▪️Pre-orders for hoodies for the 2025 National Juvenile Cross Country Uneven Age Championships on December 7th are open until 10pm on Monday December 1st*!

After the pre-order deadline the hoodies can only be bought in person in Abbotstown, while stocks last.
